Ninja holds on! 🥷
The @MFreedmanRacing trained galloper wins at Rosehill with @AndrewAdkins103 in the saddle!
— SKY Racing (@SkyRacingAU) August 16, 2025
1st – NINJA (Andrew Adkins) He's still a work in progress. He's not doing things wrong but he's still doing things upside down in places during the race. He's not stepping as fast as he can from the barriers but he was better today. He's a nice horse that is going to keep getting better.
2nd – WITHOUT PEER (Chad Schofield) Really good run. He made good improvement from his first start to today. The leader and winner pinged at the top of the straight and he was off the bridle but I loved his work over the last 200m.
3rd – CROWN THE KING (Ashley Morgan) Lovely horse that has improved a lot from his Newcastle win. The leader skipped in the straight and it left him a bit flat footed but he was good late. He wants a mile
4th – FERMOY (James McDonald) Lovely run, I liked how we went through the gears. He'll appreciate stepping up in trip.
5th – KARINSKA (Zac Lloyd) Lovely base for her today. She can step up into some nice three-year-old fillies' races during the spring.
6th – GRAPHIC SIGHT (Tim Clark) Found the line well from a spot a bit further back than we had wanted.
7th – WISNIERSKA (Kerrin McEvoy) I think Kris (Lees) is going to try some blinkers on her. She needs to improve.
8th – REFLECT (Jay Ford) First time she's been on heavy ground and she struggled on it.
9th – PORTOFINO (Jason Collett) He worked home fair.

Pippie Beach for the dream team!
J-Mac on the board for @cwallerracing at Rosehill ðŸ''
— 7HorseRacing ðŸŽ (@7horseracing) August 16, 2025
1st – PIPPIE BEACH (James McDonald) I thought that was a really good win. She was tough, up three kilos off her last run, carrying 60kg on a heavy track and that was a solid mares' race. Really good effort.
2nd – SISTER DAAE (Jason Collett) Settled closer from the gate today but we didn't quite get the room to build her momentum which she needed but she was good late.
3rd – SACRED ROCKS (Braith Nock (a2)) Got hampered badly at the start and it put us two pairs further back than I wanted to be. If I had have been in the first three or four rather than back with nowhere to go, it might have been the difference.
4th – AMREEKIYAH (Kerrin McEvoy) She ran well but she'll be better suited on a firmer track and over a bit more ground.
5th – SUPER NORWEST (Ashley Morgan) Tough honest mare that has been honest all prep and she was again today.
6th – SUNSHINE LAW (Anna Roper (a2)) A little bit disappointing but I think we can forgive her second-up with two weeks between runs after resuming on a heavy track.
7th – GENTLY ROLLED (Zac Lloyd) Very good run. Give her a good track and a good barrier and she'll be very competitive next time.
8th – TUILERIES (Tommy Berry) When she came off the bridle her wheels spun and she lost all confidence. Forget she ran.
9th – LUNA ANGEL (Winona Costin) Considering the grade of race she is eligible for, I think she ran really well.

Race 5 – Listed Rosebud (1100m)
SKYHOOK wins the Rosebud!
The @RARacing_ colt makes light work of the 60.5kg to win the Listed event for 3yos at Rosehill over Grand Prairie and Pallaton in third. @tabcomau
— Racing NSW (@racing_nsw) August 16, 2025
1st – SKYHOOK (Kerrin McEvoy) Nice win giving them all weight with 60.5kg on his back. He's an athlete, he hasn't strengthened up heaps but he has got a bit taller, and he has a lovely stride on him. I don't think he loved the ground, but he got through it and he'll stay a bit further. Whether he's at the top level, I'm not sure but he's not far off them.
2nd – GRAND PRAIRIE (Tom Sherry) He's a lovely horse. He wanted to overdo things a little bit in the middle stages, but I love how he knuckled down in the straight. A beautiful performance.
3rd – PALLATON (Tommy Berry) He's a very nice horse but he's still got plenty to learn. He was too keen in the run and barrier one meant we were in the inferior ground in the straight.
4th – NASHVILLE JACK (Jason Collett) He landed in front, but I think he's better ridden with cover because he just revved too high. It took away from his finish.
5th – BLITZBURG (Tim Clark) Travelled well outside the leader but he couldn't match it when they got serious then it got a bit tight and he was out of play.
6th – PELEUS (Ashley Morgan) He's actually a nice horse but he didn't appreciate the slow speed and got too keen, pulling his way up around them and that told on him late.

Amusing and Travolta put on a stirring duel down the straight! J-Mac prevails ðŸ''
Amusing with three on the trot 🥇🥇🥇 @cwallerracing
— 7HorseRacing ðŸŽ (@7horseracing) August 16, 2025
1st – AMUSING (James McDonald) She pulled so hard the first 1000m so she's done a really good job. When I needed a bit more late, she dug deep and found it for me. Lovely mare.
2nd – TRAVOLTA (Siena Grima (a3)) I definitely put a bit of worry into him (James McDonald) when he saw me staying up next to him. It was a massive effort from the horse, he ran super and Mr (Chris) Waller was happy so that's all I can ask.
3rd – SO YOU ARE (Dylan Gibbons) Really nice run. He just found tow that were a bit too sharp for him when the sprint went on. When they start to dour out, at 2400m, he'll start to come into his own.
4th – SOLDIER OF ROME (Tim Clark) He ran well and will improve.
5th – PURE ALPHA (Zac Lloyd) Just had to do too much work early and it told late.
6th – PHILIPSBURG (Winona Costin) He ran really well.
7th – KNIGHTS ARMOUR (Rebecca Bronett Prag (a3)) He was a bit fresh in the early stages and I didn't have any luck finding a spot and being wide the effort told.
8th – MONARCHS BRAE (Tommy Berry) He's better suited back in midweek grade.
9th – NANA'S WISH (Braith Nock (a2)) Travelled well the first half and I thought she quickened up well but she just found it a bit too far.
10th – CALIFORNIA GRASS (Reece Jones) She'll come on again from that run.

War Eternal is too strong for the rest as @BBakerRacing and Jason Collett combine! ðŸ'Œ
— SKY Racing (@SkyRacingAU) August 16, 2025
1st – WAR ETERNAL (Jason Collett) Perfect race for him and it all played out really well for him. He was able to get out at the right time and he was gutsy late.
2nd – BIRDMAN (James McDonald) He was really good. A stayer over 1400m, you couldn't have asked for much more. In for a good prep.
3rd – LAND LEGEND (Zac Lloyd) I don't think you'd find a better run around Australia today. He's come back super, finding the line really well off that slow tempo.
4th – PALMETTO (Molly Bourke (a2)) He felt the pinch late but he's come back in great order.
5th – OUR GOLD HOPE (Tommy Berry) Unfortunately we found some trouble at the top of the straight but you'd have to like the way she closed off after that. She's on track.
6th – DIAMOND DIESEL (Andrew Adkins) Terrific run. Closed off excellent.
7th – KINESIOLOGY (Kerrin McEvoy) He was a good run and will improve as the distances increase.
8th – ADELAIDE RIVER (Dylan Gibbons) He ran good. It might not look like that to some or read like that but to see him have no luck in the run and to be coming again late, he's run great.
9th – SEMILLION (Braith Nock (a2)) Jumped well and found the lead. I thought we got it pretty cheap through the middle but he didn't really let down for me.
10th – STATE OF AMERICA (Alysha Collett) They were a bit too sharp for him but up in distance he'll be fine.
11th – ANG POW (Jay Ford) Travelled well but didn't fire.
12th – HIGHLIGHTS (Ashley Morgan) He was disappointing. He felt huge until straightening but he was pretty soft late.

FULLY LIT ðŸ'¥ðŸ'¥
A dominant win by Fully Lit in Race 8 at Rosehill, nothing else ever looked likely! @GaiWaterhouse1
— 7HorseRacing ðŸŽ (@7horseracing) August 16, 2025
1st – FULLY LIT (Adam Hyeronimus) It was a dominant win. Ran well last start in awful conditions, a bit firmer today, he was hard fit, the race was run to suit, and he showed what he was capable of.
2nd – ANYTHINK GOES (Kerrin McEvoy) He ran well. He grabbed second right on the line, good run. I don't think a bit further would be a problem for him next time.
3rd – PUNTIN (Ashley Morgan) He did a good job coming back in trip
4th – DENMAN STAR (Anna Roper (a2)) A month between runs and he just felt the pinch a bit late.
5th – STARMAN (Jason Collett) He ran really well off a wide run. He's not far off a win.
6th – CAPTAIN FURAI (James McDonald) He ran really well. He got too far back in a slowly run race. He's going to be at his peak now and will be hard to beat next time.
7th – BROSNAN (Tom Sherry) He'll be better on drier ground and with that run under the belt.
8th – O'ZIGGY (Winona Costin) Good first-up effort. Can't wait for him to get to 2000m this prep.
9th – CODE IN TIME (Chad Schofield) A bit outclassed today.
10th – BAROQUE ROAD (Tim Clark) He's not going well.

Mal Coupe makes it 4 wins this prep! ðŸ'¥
The gelding takes out race 9 at Rosehill for @HalloranRacing with @Costin_Winona on board!
— SKY Racing (@SkyRacingAU) August 16, 2025
1st – MAL COUPE (Winona Costin) How good, he was so good. Really Happy for everyone involved with the horse, Steve and Steph (O'Hallaran) and all the owners. He's such an unassuming horse but when he gets out there he loves rolling up the sleeves and getting dirty. Makes his own luck and keeps stepping up to the plate. It won't be his last win.
2nd – POLYGLOT (James McDonald) He's going really well that horse. He was probably a couple of horses wider on the track than the good ground.
3rd – CATCH THE GLORY (Adam Hyeronimus) Gone very well. She's going to improve again off today's run and will be spot on next time.
4th – ROSELYN'S STAR (Zac Lloyd) Lovely first-up run. The ground and being first-up told late but he's going to improve.
5th – POKERJACK (Braith Nock (a2)) We wanted to ride him conservative today and it took a bit to get him to come back under me. When he did he travelled good but I don't think he was entirely happy on the ground but his last 200m was his best.
6th – REGIMENTAL COLOURS (Joshua Parr) Didn't get the speed to suit her but I thought she finished off well considering.
7th – USEAPIN (Tim Clark) She ran well and back to fillies and mares' grade she'll be suited.
8th – MOGUL MONARCH (Anna Roper (a2)) They were a bit too sharp for him today.
9th – DEBELLO (Molly Bourke (a2)) He had a bit of a messy run. He will improve off that.
10th – RAVENCLAW (Tommy Berry) He dipped at the top of the straight and lost all confidence.
N/A – DUKE OF BRONTE – Scratched at the barriers.

Cloudland digs in to win the last at Rosehill 🌫ï¸ðŸ'° @djgibbons22 @Leesracing @OTIRacing
— 7HorseRacing ðŸŽ (@7horseracing) August 16, 2025
1st – CLOUDLAND (Dylan Gibbons) Super win. He's a horse that loves a fight and he fought hard. He appreciates these wet tracks so while every they hang around he's running well.
2nd – LORD PENMAN (Kerrin McEvoy) He ran well, really well. He loomed and then floated a bit but he's going to enjoy going 1400m, more to come from him.
3rd – BUNKER HUT (Regan Bayliss) Really good solid run. He's going well.
4th – GATSBY'S (Molly Bourke (a2)) He travelled well but I was probably a bit disappointed the way he found the line.
5th – GERIATRIX (James McDonald) He was very fresh today but still ran ok so he can improve.
6th – PERFUMIST (Ashley Morgan) She was fine. I think that run will take the freshness out of her and she'll improve next time out.
7th – ASTERO (Anna Roper (a2)) He was a bit keen in the run and they were too sharp for him late.
8th – ELETTRICA (Jason Collett) Didn't enjoy the ground.
